The Paradise Reunion hot tub has been a great purchase so far. We are impressed by the jets, easy to use screen, structure and material of the hot tub. We purchased the salt system and that has been amazing. The salt system comes highly recommended.

Thank you for the service appointment notification reminder. In prior years, I’d get home to see the pool open and filling but I never would know if your team had problems or noticed things that I should be aware of; like pending repairs, etc. Any feedback is always appreciated!
Overall the guys were great! These guys were the best I have had in terms of effectively cleaning off the debri from the cover and not leaving a mess on the deck or in the garden.
