We have had the HotSpot Relay spa for a month and we have used it every day so far. The seats and head rests are extremely comfortable. We could not have made a better choice. Thank you to Pioneer Family Pools Hamilton for their knowledge, service and continued support.
I can’t say enough about the Utopia Provence from Caldera. I have back pain and arthritis and using the spa daily has greatly lessened my pain. I have been able to decrease medications – it is that effective! Thank you Caldera Spas and Pioneer Family Pools!
I have had trouble with my plug and play hot tub. I have had a young woman tech come out the last two times and she has been very good. Yesterday she stayed until she got it working! I thanked her but wanted to leave a report for her on her great job yesterday.
We had a great experience with Pioneer Pools. We requested a hot tub install in time for the holidays and they came through. Michael R. was very responsive and looked after us! We are enjoying our Caldera Spa and would recommend Pioneer for full service!
